dear student,
osmotic pressure is directly proportional to the lowering of vapour pressure. i.e. At a fixed temperature, π and M/dRT are constant. p/p0∝ π, i.e., Osmotic pressure is proportional to relative lowering of vapour pressure

The vapor pressure of a system is a measure of the molecules ' tendency to escape into the gas phase. Vapor pressure is a colligative property, meaning thatthe amount it is increased or decreased is directly related to the amount of solute present in the system.
