4 option is incorrect because P will lose 3 electrons to complete octet so it will form P+3 and Q will gain 2 electrons to complete octet so it will form Q-2.
They will form compound P2Q3.
2 option is incorrect because for N shell, n=3 , so it will have highest mass number.
Order of mass R>P>Q
