Rate of rx is given by slowest tep i.e.
Rate = k2 [Br][H2]
Now Br is intermediate specie thus,it has to be eliminated in the equation
Aplying rate of apperance for Br = rate of diapperance of Br in eq 1 of question and solving for [Br].Then, substitute the valur for [Br} in rate eq you will get your answer.
