For positive deviationZ>1, i.e., the condition when repulsive force predominates. Also at high pressure, volume is small and b can not be neglected. However the term a/V^2 is negligible in the van der Wall equation in comparision to highP.
Molecular interaction is entirely repulsive which is not mentioned in the given options. However, the smaller the size of atoms more the repulsion between the atoms occur.
