Heat of neutralisation is the amount of energy released when a complete neutralisation reaction takes place between acid and base. Standard enthalpy of neutralisation is -13.7 Kcal/mol or -57.3KJ/mol.
In question, it is mentioned that heat of neutralisation when  NH4OH and HCl reacts is 1.36 Kcal for 0.5 mole. So for, 1 mole it would be 1.36*2=2.72 Kcal.
Heat of neutralisation + Heat of Ionisation = Standard Heat of neutralisation
-2.72+ H = -13.7
H=-13.7 + 2.72 =-10.98 Kcal
