Electron of charge -e moves in a circular path of radius r with velocity v under the attraction of nucleus of charge Ze.Coulomb attraction=cetripetal force.
Force equation
\frac{Ze.e}{4\pi \epsilon r^2}=\frac{mv^2}{r}       ........(1)
The potential energy U is simply this Coulomb potential.
U=\frac{-Ze.e}{4\pi \epsilon r}
Kinetic energy
K=\frac{1}{2}mv^2=\frac{Ze.e}{8\pi \epsilon r}
using the value of mv^2 from previous eq1.

From Bohr 2nd postulate
L=nh/2pi
Or,mvr=nh/2pi
Or,r=nh/2pimv
Use this in eq1 to obtain v.
Also remember that hydrogen spectrum is discrete because of this quantization.we get line spectrum,eg,lyman balmer etc.it is not continuous.
