Calculate everyone’s osmotic pressure first.
O.P  = iCST => 
0.1 M NaCl
O.P. => 0.1*2ST = > 0.2ST
0.1 M sugar
O.P => 0.1*ST = 0.1ST
0.1 Na2SO4
O.P = > 0.1*3ST => 0.3ST
0.1 M FeCl3
O.P = > 0.1*4ST => 0.4ST
hence sugar is here hypotonic solution as it has lowest Osmotic Pressure.
