34.482 atmThe external pressure which must be applied on solution side to stop the process of osmosis is called osmotic pressure of the solution. It is calculated as π=ΣinCnRTIn this case πNaCl=0.1×2RT, πNa2SO4=0.2×3RT and πHA=0.5RT×1.2R is the ideal gas constant =0.082lit.atm.mol−1K−1⇒π=0.0821×300(0.2+0.6+0.6)=34.482atm
