N2(g) and H2(g) are taken in a vessel in mass ratio of 7:1. The only reaction N2+2H2=N2H4 occurs( reversible reaction ). Pressure due to N2H4 is 0.2 times the total pressure 'P' at equilibrium. Then at equilibrium:

Partial pressure of n2h4 =0.2. Partial pressure of n2 at equilibrium =P.Partial pressure of h2 at equilibrium is =2p. Therefore partial pressure of h2= 2(partial pressure of n2)
