Find first the oxidation state at the both side for Fe.
That is in the reactant side the oxidation state for Fe is => +2
At the RHS side it is +3.
The valence factor becomes => (3-2) =1

Here also oxidation number of sulphur changers,Why do not we caluclate the Valency factor with respect to Sulphur
