Here it is P that is l that is azimuthal number here would be => 1.
And hence therfore, m = -1,0,1

yes, definitely the m would depend on the azimuthal number that is l which stands for the orbital type.
For p orbital l =1 and therfore from range of m from -l to +l
it would be => -1,0,1 respectively.
