Hello Student
In this reaction copper is reduced from +1 (Cu2O) state to zero oxidation (Cu) state and sulphur is oxidised from -2 (Cu2S) state to +4 (SO2) state.
So, it is a redox reaction and Cu2O is oxidant while Cu2S is reductant.
