Is tea powder better dissolved when put in hot water?

Tea powder is insoluble in water. It neither dissolves in cold water nor in hot water. When we add tea powder to the hot boiling water, its forms suspension. Due to the heat and water, those particles of tea powder which come in colloidal range, disperse in hot water to form a colloidal solution which gives tea the characteristic colour and flavor.
