Molarity is number of moles per unit volume of the solution and molality is number of moles per unit mass of solvent. Volume is temperature dependent where as mass is constant at all temperatures. So, molality remains constant but molarity changes with temperature. Hence , molality is preferred over molarity.

Dear student
Molarity is preferred over Molality because.
Molarity is no. moles of solute in 1 litre of solution.while Molality is no. of moles in 1kg of solvent,As Molality involves mass and molarity involves volume As volume changes with temperature but mass doesn't……that's why Molality is preferred over molarity to express concentration.
Hope this helps
Good luck
