Is it possible to have a reaction which is neither endothermic nor exothermic?

No, it is not possible. Usually when a reaction happens, bonds gets rearranged. So, some bonds get broken and some new bonds are formed.
Energy is needed to break them and energy is released when new bonds are formed. And, there is no chance that the energy of these different bonds will have the same energy.
So, always one will be more than the other and hence the reaction has to be either an exothermic or an endothermic reaction.
