if we mix ch3cooNa and Hcl in 1:1 molar ratio, will it form a buffer?if possible write down the reactions also and please explain what goes through the reaction

When you mix the two, Sodium acetate will be converted to acetic acid. However, it may be reversible, depending on the amount of acid used.
the reaction will be 
CH3COONa + HCl -------> CH3COOH + NaCl 
HCl is strong acid. it will dissociated to be H+ and Cl- completely. On the other hand, CH3COONa is a salt form of weak acid. it will be strong basic. so CH3COONa act like basic in this reaction. 
so, they will going to form a buffer,
