if the speed of electron in first orbit of hydrogen be `x` then what will be the speed of electron in second orbit of he+ .

Dear Student,
According to expression  of velocity we know that
           V= (k) Z/n.
           Here k is constant
            For z=1,n=1 here k= v
            For the second case z=4, n=2
            So , V= v.4/2=2 v
           So the speed will ne 2x.
