If electron revolve around the nucleus then why there is a concept of orbital in which we find probability of finding electron?

Electron revolve around the nucleus, but we calculate the probability of finding ann electron because we don’t where exactly the electron is.
The only way we can know where the elctron is by throwing light at it and judging by the deviation in light we can figure out where the elctron is. But by the time we have figured this out the electron was already disturbed by the light when light interacted with it.So the moment light collided with electron , its position changed.So, its all about finding the probability, because one can never locate the electron accurately.
