I need explanation at molicular level for the graph.

In case of He and H2 the graph is above the Z=1 line implying that they always show positive deviation. If Z>1 then volume of gas particles is dominant(At high pressure) but if Z<1 then volume occupied by gas is less than its volume (if it behaves as an ideal gas). This is due to dominant attractions between gas molecules. Remember on thing 1. Z<1 (attractions dominant) 2. Z>1 (volumeoccupied by gas molecules is not negigible)
