Exponential notation in which any number can be represented in the form N*10power n,where n is an exponent having positive or negative values and N can vary between 1 to 10 or 1.00...to 9.999......till it reaches 10.we write it as 6.0012*10 power 0

In scientific notation only a single digit is placed in units place and rest others are placed after decimal. Here 6.0012 is already present in this form.
Then we multiply the number by 10 to the power 'n'. Here n depends on the shifting of decimal. Here scientific notation is 6.0012 × 100.

in scientific notation numbers that caries Exponentiall 
numbers can be written as a × 10 to the power b but 6.0012 cannot be written in this form as the zeros are after decimal point but between the non zero digit number so it's scientific notation is 6.0012

6.0012 can be written in scientific notation form as 6.0012 x 100 . now it is in the expotential form . hence now we can say it that 6.0012x100 is in scientific notation form.
