Tobe pre ise if in CCP there are n atoms then number of octahedral and tetrahedral voids will be n and 2n respectively.

In ccp or hcp if there are (n) no of atoms/ions then the no of octahedral voids= n
No. Of tetrahedral voids= 2n
 
Thus in ccp, no. Of atoms= 4
Thus, no. Of octahedral voids= 4 and 
No. Of tetrahedral voids= 2(4) = 8 voids
 
Thus total voids per unit cell in ccp= 4+8= 12
