1,2 butadiene has the structure involving two double bonds and two sigma bonds.
CH2= group has three atoms attached two H atoms and one with other C atom with = bond.
Hence it would have sp2 hyb.
Adjacent to this Carbon atom that Carbon has two = bonds left and right thus only two atoms are attached to it with two double onds hence it would have sp hybrodization.
