Molarity of HCl at pH = 1 = 10^-1 = .1
Molarity of HCl at pH = 2 = 10^-2 = .02

Calculate volume of solution at pH = 2 using dilution equation:
M1V1 = M2V2
.02 * V1 = .1* 1.0
V1 = .1/.02 litre
V1 =5 litre
