chromatography is a physical method of separation that distribute the components between two phases one is stationary and the other is mobile phase or non stationary phase .
it is a technique for separation of mixture by passing it in solution or suspension through a medium in which components move at diffrent rate .
there are diffrent types of chromatography avaliable ,
