How do I calculate the change in energy of an electron transition?

to calculate the change in energy of an electron, we should know the bohr’s model of atom.
E=-13.6eV*z2/n2
where n=orbit in which the electron resides
z=atomic number of the atom.
So write for two different energy levels and subtract them.
