    Arrange the following in order of their increasing reducing property and please explain why so arranged ?.
    NaH , MgH2 and H2O

Highest electronegativity elemnt would have maxium reducing property .i.e. the best oxidizing agent.
Therefore, O atom is highest electronegative then after comes Mg and then Na.
Hence order would be:
NaH less than MgH2 less than H2O
