For alkali and alkaline metals the ionic character is seen be the Size difference b/w the elements.
Hence CsH has the maximum size difference and thus it would have more solubility and hence would lead to more ionic character.
then NaH and then LiH.
Hence increasing order would be:
LiH  least than NaH than CsH.
