At higher altitudes, people suffer from a disease called anoxia.which is actually the decrease in the concentration of oxygen and because of low concentration people becomes weak and think clearly
According to HENRYS law the vapour pressure of a gas is directly proportional to its mile and since the total mole decreases the levelof oxygen decreases and we experience anoxia

At higher altitudes partial pressure of oxygen is less ,so concentration of oxygen is less in blood ,thats why people suffer from anoxia
