Heat of reaction at constant volume(ΔH) and the heat of reaction at constant pressure(ΔU)  are related as
ΔH-ΔU=ΔnRT
for the reaction change in number of moles of gaseous species
Δn= \sum number of moles of gaseous products – \sumnumber of moles of gaseous reactants
Δn= 2-4
Δn=-2
\therefore = -2
