From ideal gas  eqn.
PV = nRT.
 
here,
Pressure is not given and we need to calculate the moles first.
Thus, i think it is an incomplete qstn.
Also in last whatever you have mentioned abt. Na is not clear.
.
However, after  calculating moles of H2O
moles of hydrogen will be 2times of H20 moles then mulitply it with Na (Avagadro no.)
