There are various kind of vitamines viz. Vit. A, Vit. B, Vit. C,Vit D, Vit E. among these Vit B and C are water soluble and remaining are fat soluble. Vitamin C (also called ascorbic acid) being water soluble and therefore, it is regularly excreted in urine from the body and cannot be stored

Vitamin C doesn't store in our body because it is water soluble hence, it excrete out with urine and salt.
