Hello Student
The concentration of pure solids or the solvents remains almost same i.e. it changes by very very small fraction, So, their concentration is ignored while writing expresion of equilibrium constant.

The concentration is not ignored, it remains there but remains constant so it gets multiplied by equilibrium constant to obtain new equilibrium constant

Molar concentration of pure solids or liquid (if in excess) is constant (i.e. independent of the amount present) That`s why pure solids and liquids can be ignored while writing equilibrium constant expression
