ethyl isocyanide is C2H5NC which reacts with H2O/H+
ethyl isocyanide on hydrolysis with the dilute hydrochloric acid give amine and formic acid.
C2H5NC +H2O +H+ ------C2H5NH2 + HCOOH(formic acid)
