does atomic mass of an element depend on mass of protons and electrons in it?

Nope.
 
The atomic mass of any element depends on the number of protons and neutrons in the atom of that element.This is because the mass of an electron is very much lesser than the mass of proton and neutron. Because of this, and the fact that the masses of sub atomic particles are miniscule, we add the mass of protons and neutron only.
