Mobility depends on charge, number and mobility of ions formed per mole of electrolyte.Taking the 1st group elements as an example, Li has the smallest size, highest charge density and therefore the least mobility,Hence it has least molar conductance among the 1st group elements.CsCl accordingly has highest molar conductivity.
