difference between homolytic and heteolytic fission wiyh taking a suitable example

O-O when they undergo fission they will undergo homolytic fission as they have same electronegetivity but when C-O but is fissioned both of the elctrons are taken away by oxygen and it result in formation of c+ and o- as oxygen is more electron negetive.
