Can a vander wall gas be liquified when the van der waal constant a is zero ?

The Vander waals constant a is a correction term used for considering the intermolecular forces of attraction between two molecules. Since a=0, i.e. there are no intermolecular forces of attraction, the gas cannot be liquified
