As per definition molarity is the number of moles of solute present in per litre of solution,so here we first need to find the no.of moles of solute which can be calculated by the formula
No.of moles= weight(in grams)/molecular weight
                    n=30/290.93
                    n=0.1mol
Now we can find out molarity by the formula
Molarity=no.of moles of solute/volume of solution
           M=0.1/4.3
           M=0.02mol/ltr
