You have written the equation wrong. The correct equation would be
CuS(s) + NO3-(aq) -----> Cu2+(aq) + NO2(g) + SO2(g)
As the reaction takes place in acidic medium, So the actual balanced equation would be
CuS(s) + 6NO3-(aq) + 8H+(aq) -----> Cu2+(aq) + 6NO2(g) + SO2(g) + 4H2O(l)
Both the sides have equal number of atoms and the charge (+2) is also balanced.
