HELLO THERE!

Detergent Solutions are basic in nature, their pH value tends from 9-10.

Actually, the composition of soaps is Sodium Stearate, and in detergents, Sodium perborate is generally used, whose solution is alkaline.

Reason: Most of the dirt is acidic in nature, hence detergent solution must be alkaline to neutralize them and clean them. Actually, detergent solution maintains a particular pH. They are mostly glycol base.

THANKS!
