2C8H18+ 25 O2 = 16 CO2 + 18H2O
Now
7.04 gm CO2 = 7.04/44 = 0.16 mol
 
Hence H2O formed will be 0.18 mol = 0.18 * 18 = 3.24 gm
 
Hence option C is correct.

C8H18 + 25/2 O2 \rightarrow 8 CO2 + 9 H2O
SO 1 mole of C8H18 give 8 mole 0f CO2 and 9 mole H2O
mole of CO2 = 7.04/44 = 0.16 mole
and mole of H2O = 0.18
mass  = 0.18*18 = 3.24gm
