Because of the antiplatelet (anticlotting) properties of Aspirin, it may be used under the supervision of your doctor to:
prevent a first nonfatal heart attack in people who are at increased risk of having a heart attack as determined by their doctor (factors that increase your risk of heart attack include: smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, inactive lifestyle, stress, and being overweight)
prevent a second heart attack or stroke
reduce the risk of "mini-stroke" or transient ischemic attack (TIA)
reduce the clotting properties of platelets for people who have had carotid artery surgery to prevent the recurrence of TIA and for people receiving hemodialysis through a silicone rubber access
prevent blood clots for people who have had a total hip replacement
Therefore Aspirin can also be used during a heart attack to reduce the risk of dying from the heart attack.
B) In Diabetes glucose level in hte blood rises because beta cells of pancreas do not produce enough insulin for the effective metabolism of glucose. Natural sweeteners are sweet to taste as well as high in energy content which increases the glucose level in the blood. Whereas artificial sweeteners give sweet sensation but low in energy and do not increase the blood glucose level that much.
C) Soaps are made from falts and oils, these are easily degraded by microorganisms. Whereas detergents are made from chemicals such as alkylbenzenesulfonates which is non biodegradable.
