Hello Jayant

a) When we have a heart attack, it's because one of the coronary arteries (which provide blood to the heart, has developed a clot that obstructs the flow of blood and oxygen to the heart. Aspirin works by interfering with your blood's clotting action and it helps in thinning of blood.

b) People with diabetes are often advised to use artificial sweetners as an aid to keeping their blood sugar levels stable. Artificial sweeteners are considered "free foods." They were designed in a lab, have no calories, and do not raise blood sugar levels. They are only sweet to taste and has less energy.

c) Soaps are formed by the reaction of alkaline (lye) and fats and oils.Tes are the sodium salts of fats and oils. Fats and oils can easily be broken down into simple molecules by microbes and hence soaps are biodegradable.
Detergents are synthetic compounds generally ammonium or sulfate salts of long chain carboxylic acids. These synthetic compounds can not be broken down into simple molecules by microbes and hence soaps are non biodegradable.

Because of the antiplatelet (anticlotting) properties of Aspirin, it may be used under the supervision of your doctor to:

prevent a first nonfatal heart attack in people who are at increased risk of having a heart attack as determined by their doctor (factors that increase your risk of heart attack include: smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, inactive lifestyle, stress, and being overweight)
prevent a second heart attack or stroke
reduce the risk of "mini-stroke" or transient ischemic attack (TIA)
reduce the clotting properties of platelets for people who have had carotid artery surgery to prevent the recurrence of TIA and for people receiving hemodialysis through a silicone rubber access
prevent blood clots for people who have had a total hip replacement

Therefore Aspirin can also be used during a heart attack to reduce the risk of dying from the heart attack.

B) In Diabetes glucose level in hte blood rises because beta cells of pancreas do not produce enough insulin for the effective metabolism of glucose. Natural sweeteners are sweet to taste as well as high in energy content which increases the glucose level in the blood. Whereas artificial sweeteners give sweet sensation but low in energy and do not increase the blood glucose level that much.

C) Soaps are made from falts and oils, these are easily degraded by microorganisms. Whereas detergents are made from chemicals such as alkylbenzenesulfonates which is non biodegradable.
