A vessel of irregular shape has volume V.it is first evacuated and coupled with a vessel of 4L capacity at 35 degrees Celsius and 10 atm pressure. If the final pressure in both vessels is 3atm,calculate the volume V

The vessel with volume V is evacuated so it will be at atmospheric pressure.
P1V1  +  P2V2 =  P(V1+V2)
1(V)  +  10(4)  =  3(4+V)
V  +  40  =  12  +  3V
28  =  2V
V= 14 litres
