A flask of capacity 1 litre contains NH3 at 1 atm and 25 degree celsius a spark is passed through until all the NH3 is is decoposed into N2 and H2 calculate the gaseous pressure left at 25 degree celsius

Since NH3 IS COMPLETELY DECOMPOSED SO
2NH3=N2+3H2
TOTAL GASEOUS MOLES AFTER DECOMPOSITION=.5*INITIAL NH3 MOLES +1.5*INITIAL NH3 MOLES.
INITIAL NH3 MOLES >PV=NRT
1*1=N*.0821*298
N=.0408
HENCE TOTAL GASEOUS MOLES AFTER
DECOMPOSITION=.0816
NOW WE HAVE GASEOUS MOLES.
AGAIN USE GAS EQUATION
SO
P=1.996
