a cell was prepared by dipping copper rod in 1M cuso4 solution and a nickel rod in 1M niso4 solution the standard red.potential of copper and nickel electrode are 0.34 and -0.25respectively.
A.what will be the cell reaction
B.how will be the cell be represented
C.what will be the standard emf of the cell
D.which electrode wll be positive

1- the cell reaction will be as of the following 
Ni+cu(2+) = Ni(2+) +Cu 
2- the cell will be represented as per the iupac system and take the anode on the left hand side , and cathode on the right hand side , and put a double cross for the salt bridge , i think u can do from the above equation as well . 
and always put a single line for separating the ions from the solution . 
3- the standard emf will be +0.59 volt 
as by calculating the formula E(CATHODE ) – E(ANODE ) 
u can refer to the electrr=ochemical series for the e not value. 
the cathode will be possitive here as it will looses electron .
