From 50 ml and 0..08 M of NaBr moles of Br- =>  0.08*50/1000 => 0.08/20 = 0.004 moles.
Now  from 0.004 moles of Br- we get, the moles of Cl2 => 0.004/2 => 0.002 moles.
Now Volumerequired would be:
0.002 = 0.05*V
V => 0.002/0.05 => 0.04 litre or  => 40 ml
