DOES NUCLEUS ROTATES ABOUT ITS OWN AXIS OR IT OSCILLATES ABOUT ITS CENTRE OF GRAVITY?

Hi,

As far as I think, nucleus in an atom is static. It is basically the electrons in the orbitals which revolve around the nucleus.

And the node of the orbital is at the nucleus, means, the probability of least electron density is at the nucleus.
