for beginning go through NCERT chemistry, then Arihant or ASK-IITians study materials, just have an overview of the topic and solve questions from all material availble to you. then at last if you are well versed with the topic try your luck with 33-year IIT-Jee question bank.If you are able to solve 60-70% of the questions in the first blow. then your preparations are very good.just notice and revise the subtopics where you are stuck up. As such there is no no best materials the contents are mostly the same.
