Refractive index of a solid is observed to have the same value along all directions. Comment on the nature of this solid. Would its show cleavage property?

Refractive index of a solid is observed to have the same value along all directions indicates that it is isotropic in nature thus it must be an amorphous solid.
Amorphous solids do not undergo clean clevage so, this solid will also not undergo sharp cleavage.
