why boric acid cant be titrated against sodium hydroxide?

Orthoboric acid H3BO3is a Lewis acid, due to incomplete octet of boron it acts like a bronsted base which can accept proton. Hence shows basic character and possess soapy touch.
Due to this slightly basic nature, it can not be used for acid -base titration agains NaOH
